Campus Director Programme
Build it on your campus first
The summit is the international gathering. The Campus Director Programme is how the network is built before it, one university at a time.
The role
What a Campus Director does
You introduce OPPNERGY to your institution and turn interest into a working community, with training and support from the central team.
- Introduce OPPNERGY and its mission on campus
- Recruit and coordinate a campus team
- Run introductory sessions, workshops and meetups
- Connect students to OPPNERGY mentorship
- Spot local challenges and back practical solutions
- Work with student associations, departments and staff
- Document activity and report every month
The pathway
How results lead to funding
Funded places are earned by what you build, not by the title. Directors are scored every month and can be considered for full or partial funding to KINDLING.
- A working campus team
- Students engaged, and how many keep coming
- Mentorship sessions and activities held
- Consistent, honest reporting
- Alignment with OPPNERGY's values
Important: appointment as a Campus Director does not guarantee a funded place. Funding is competitive and depends on performance, eligibility and available funds.
