The short story
Many people do not lack potential. They lack someone who shows them where opportunities are, how to reach them, and how to be ready when they arrive.
OPPNERGY was built to close that gap. It develops people at every stage of their career through structured mentorship, professional and entrepreneurial training, and hands-on work on real community problems.
KINDLING Global Summit is OPPNERGY's international gathering: the place where its growing network meets, and where the model is shared with people who want to start it in their own country.

Joins a mentorship group and builds core personal and professional skills.

Works on a team project, often linked to a local challenge or an SDG.
