About the Summit

Every great fire begins with a spark

KINDLING is the international gathering of a growing movement: people discovering their potential, building the capacity to create change, and helping others do the same.

The idea

Why "kindling"?

Kindling is the small wood that lets a fire catch. On its own a spark goes out. Given something to catch on, it becomes a flame that warms a whole room.

That is the logic of the summit. The spark is a person. The flame is what they become when potential meets guidance and opportunity. The logs are the community that lets it catch.

So we do not measure success by how far one person rises. We measure it by how many others they help rise along the way.

Theme

Ignite Potential. Pass the Flame. Transform the World.

  • Ignite potential. Discover what you are capable of.
  • Develop the flame. Turn inspiration into skills, discipline and plans.
  • Pass the flame. Help the next person rise.
